MusicDesk Pro is owned and operated by Emuna Marketing, LLC ("MusicDesk Pro," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, tools, calculators, Smart Links, analytics features, reports, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

15. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, royalties, profits, data, business opportunities, or other economic losses resulting from the use of or reliance on the Services.

Users remain responsible for verifying important financial, royalty, business, and professional information before making decisions based on it.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emuna Marketing, LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of the rights of another party.
